Resident Life

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or online with a debit or credit card via Henri are how we accept rent payment.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes. We Require a minimum of $100,000 personal liability insurance. Otherwise, a $25 non-compliance fee will be charged every month until renters insurance is acquired.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    You may call the after hours emergency line 206.531.3612. Lock-outs are $75

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    You will submit your maintenance requests through our resident portal, Henri.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, we have on-site maintenance M-F

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests are welcome! We also have a guest suite available for $95/night for extended stays.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Electricity is through Seattle City Lights. W/T/S is through Yardi Yes Energy.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes. We are an eco-living community, so separating trash, recycling (including specific battery, lightbulb, clothing, and plastic film), and compost is a must!

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    N/A

  • Is there any move in charges?

    Prorated Rent, Prorated Parking/Storage/Pet Rent if applicable. Cleaning fee = 10% of rent.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    If you want to hold an apartment, you will need to apply online and pay the hold fee.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    No, we do not accept short lease terms.

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Depends on the application, but usually less than a week but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?

    Income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Pass a background check and credit check.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No smoking allowed on property.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    Yes, we have storage units.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we have bike racks above parking spots.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    Pet Rent – $35/month, covers two pets, non-refundable.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes we are pet friendly.

  • What amenities do the apartment include?

    Dishwasher, Washer Dryer Hook Ups, Bamboo Flooring, and Large Patios.

  • Does the building have a security system?

    Yes, we have Butterfly MX for our front door.

  • What is the parking fee?

    Parking is $150/month.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes there is parking.
